The Wheel of Time books have been a part of my life from 1998 (when I started reading them as a teenager) to 2013 (when I bought the last installment as hard-cover – one of the few hard-cover books I own!). I credit the books for teaching me how to read in English, and they are a huge part of my personal culture.

And, from the beginning, the series has been an amazing re-discovery of the story.

I have been amazed by every aspect of the series – the casting (I can’t even decide who my favorite cast member is!), the sets (everything looks so much better than in my head – with a special mention in my heart for Tar Valon), the writing (so many memorable lines!), the costumes (the amount of PERFECTION there is astonishing), the music (obvious mention for the Hills of Tanchico, living rent-free in my head since the episode, but the whole soundtrack is in my frequent listens), the effects (the weaves are gorgeous!) – everything, really.

I hope to see more of y’all amazingly talented people’s work, and that you’ll get a chance to continue telling the story of this Turn of the Wheel. In any case, you have my gratitude for what already exists and for making an important part of my fiction life even better than it already was.
