To the Cast, Crew, and Creative Team of The Wheel of Time,

I’m writing to express my deepest appreciation and admiration for all that you’ve accomplished in bringing The Wheel of Time to life on screen. As a lifelong fan of the series—having first discovered it in 2002 and read the full saga more than a dozen times, including countless hours listening to the audiobooks—I can truly say that the show has meant more to me than I ever imagined a screen adaptation could.

Like many fans, I dreamed for years of seeing the world of Rand, Egwene, Moiraine, and the Pattern made real. I even pursued film school with the hope of one day contributing to the telling of this epic tale. While that path took me elsewhere, watching your adaptation take shape has been a deeply moving and gratifying experience.

The love, passion, and craftsmanship poured into the show were undeniable. Despite unprecedented challenges—pandemic shutdowns, recasts, and production hurdles—you all created something beautiful, bold, and resonant. You captured the heart of the story and brought it to a whole new generation.

But beyond that, this show gave me something unexpected: a deeper connection with my mother. She’s never been able to get through the entire book series, but she fell in love with the show. For the first time, we were able to share and explore this world together. That bond is priceless to me, and I have you to thank for it.

The news of the show’s cancellation is devastating, but I hope this isn’t the end. I truly believe there’s more of the Pattern left to be woven. This is a story worth finishing—and there is an audience, old and new, that is hungry for it.

To each of you—actors, writers, designers, editors, crew members, producers, and everyone in between—thank you. Thank you for giving this story breath, color, sound, and life. May the Wheel weave your next turns with as much honor and courage as you’ve shown here.
