As a longtime fan of The Wheel of Time books, I never imagined I’d get to see this world come to life with such devotion. The series has been a cherished part of my life for years, and watching it unfold on screen was nothing short of euphoric. Each episode reignited my already persistent love for the characters and story that has been my favorite of the genre my whole life!

To Rosamund Pike — your portrayal of Moiraine was a monumental feat of a scale not seen in the live-action fantasy genre since Ian McKellen’s masterful performance of Gandalf. To me, your performance forever holds the same iconography. You embodied Moiraine’s grace and mystery with such quiet intensity that it felt like she had stepped straight off the parchment. Beyond the show, your narration of the audiobooks has become my new favorite way to experience the series, and I hope that you maintain the opportunity to finish all the books, so long as that’s what you want. Your voice has brought Robert Jordan’s world even closer to my heart, and I’m endlessly grateful.

To Josha Stradowski — thank you for giving life to Rand al’Thor with such emotional honesty. When I first saw you were cast, I was worried they chose good looks over acting chops, and thought to myself “well maybe this guy playing the main character will convince my wife to watch Wheel of Time with me.” (P.S. – it worked hahahaha) But you truly did capture Rand’s vulnerability, courage, and inner conflict tremendously. I really believe your performance will continue to resonate with fans for years to come. It will for me. Like Rand, you are the freakin’ dragon! I wish you a long, meaningful, and celebrated career ahead — you deserve it.

To the entire cast, crew, and creative team — I can’t thank you all enough for your devotion to this story and to Robert Jordan’s world. I definitely could go down the list and talk about each and every performance for how wonderful you all were. You poured your hearts into every detail, and it showed. You made something that mattered very much to many people. No matter what happens next, you’ve left a lasting impact on all of us WoT nerds.
