The universal theme of the Light versus the Dark is one of the main themes of the Wheel of Time. This ageless story has helped me to persevere though my tough times in my life.

I first read the books as a 59 year old woman. I read them often having lunch alone in my car in the hospital parking lot where I worked as a nurse during Covid. I also lost my husband in 2022.

I found the Wheel of time community on YouTube and have watched show with them. I have theorized endlessly with them. This show is amazing because of all your efforts. To see what I have read on the screen so beautifully brought forth filled me with joy. The battle against the dark one feels personal to me.

Thanks for all your hard work to allow me to see and hear and feel the heros of light rise up. The villains are amazing too. You have all given performances that are deserving of all the awards of many ages and mirror worlds. This show especially season 3 is Epic television and all of you are deserving of more seasons.

I just wanted you to know what this story and your portrayal has meant to my life. It gave me something to look forward to when I experienced a great loss and filled me with hope that this crazy world can overcome all its dark ones.
