I have been a fan of The Wheel of Time since my mom let me borrow her copy of The Eye of the World when I was in sixth grade. I have reread the series countless times since then. The books went with me to college, on my honeymoon, and across the country. The characters are old friends. The Two Rivers is home.

When the show came out it sparked a whole new joy and excitement for something that has been so important to me for so long. I loved being a part of the hype and theorizing for each new episode. I loved sharing the excitement over the show with my mom and getting my husband into the world. I am so thankful to Rafe Judkins and the whole cast and crew for bringing this beloved story to the screen in such a beautiful way. Seriously, the show is stunning!

Dónal Finn, I loved you as one of my favorite characters, Mat. The humor, the heroism he wasn’t trying for, the flirting!

Zoë Robins, as Nynaeve, another favorite character, you were perfection. Stubborn, passionate, fiercely loyal. You also let Nynaeve show her vulnerability.

I was crushed to hear the show is canceled. But WOT fans have loved this series for a long time. We’ve had long waits for new content. We’re still here. We’re still holding onto a bit of hope for more. We’ll be steadfast.
