The moment I saw the first trailer for the Wheel of time tv show I was hooked.

The show is visually stunning. Like STUNNING. The details are INCREDIBLE, the world is so specific and *intentional*, every little thing has been so thought out and it shows on the screen. I particularly love that it shows a fantasy world that pulls inspiration from so many different cultures and not just medieval england, the world is so rich with details and aesthetics.

It’s my dream to be able to work on a project like this, and I’m sure it is to the cast and crew and writers and artist and costume designers and set makers and I can’t even imagine how devastating it is for them to lose this project as an unfinished work of art with no closure. To all of them, thank you for all your work on this show, because it shows, every stitch, every

The diversity not only in the inspiration to build this world, but also the diversity of the cast, and of the stories is so important in today’s age. To have a fantasy series that isn’t just straight white english people, but rather to have a mixture of ethnicities and sexualities- and the respect the show had around both those things- *and* The steadfastness to not put it in as shock value, or plot, or subtext, is very important and should be commended and kept on the screens!

This show was getting better and better each season, and season three was so exciting, I kept calling my sister to tell her every time the story got deeper and deeper with each episode. Watching this series inspired me to read the books, and while I am enjoying the books, the tv show has such a magic to it that I was devastated to hear that it had been canceled. (It was doing so well that it never even crossed my mind to worry about it being canceled.) I’ve been looking forward to each new season for years, and it is without question the tv show that I look forward to most, and have since its air date.

Its my greatest hope that someone picks up this tv show, or that Amazon and Sony can work something out, but if not, I just wanted to say thank you to everyone involved in this project, both Wheel of time, and the movement to save it.
