Hi! I’m a fantasy-and-scifi nerd of a Swedish transwoman, poet and journalist plus folk high school teacher.

I just finished watching season 3, became immersed and invested as always – and then bits of my world broke apart a little. Because this franchise and series did what no other fantasy-series has done for me: I felt the entire world, and I believed it.

No other fantasy has portrayed plurality and diversity in a true and believable way. People of different creed and color exists in every place, every walk of life, as sworn to the Light or the Dark.

It has meant so much and has been so healing for me, especially as a queer person, as deep, profound, queer love MEANS something. The kisses mean something, the vows and words mean something, everything counts and is felt to the core. I am so sad me and people like me are deprived of that.

Game of Thrones could not do what Wheel of Time did, Rings of Power certainly didn’t, and if its about the money: you know you’ve got it. Please bring it back!
