To everyone who worked on The Wheel of Time:

This is about all of you. As an OG reader waiting between book drops and through Robert Jordan’s passing, I never even dreamed i would see it on screen. It felt too big, too EPIC.

And I wasnt a part of the early fandom. I thought i was the only one who loved these books.

Then one day on Twitter i saw a reference to Rand, and found a whole Twitter of Time to play with. And how we REJOICED when news broke there was going to be a show on Amazon!! It felt like Christmas every time news dropped – castings, locations, anything at all.

And then the first season came, and I legit cried. It was beautiful, and funny, and terrifying, and so amazing. And each season got better and better. The acting was breathtaking, the costuming miraculous, and writing even more surprising and moving and really really funny. And the music! The sound design! The special effects!

My bestie and I would watch each episode together, hanging out on the phone for hours discussing every nuance. THEN hopping onto the Dusty Wheel or Wheel and Chill or MalkierTalks and continuing the fun.

The battle of the two rivers episode was simply the best TV I’ve ever seen, period.

And it has been so amazing that so many of you interacted with us on social media, and even came to the Cons – meeting Guy Roberts at MalkieriCon is a highlight of my life.

Thank you all, every one of you, for putting so much of yourselves into this masterpiece that touched so many people all over the world, helping us all to find each other in a scary time, and reminding us all to be brave, to face whatever comes on our feet, and never pass up a honeycake.
