In a week where the campaign to save The Wheel of Time hired SaveWOT billboards around the world and had a plane fly a message over Sony and Amazon studios in Culver City, California, the campaign celebrated another milestone as the petition passed 180,000 signatures. At the time of writing, the full tally stands at 181,659 signatures calling for Sony to find a new home for The Wheel of Time and for the story to be told in full.

The petition has been at the heart of the campaign’s mission to save the show and was launched alongside savewot.com at the end of May. It raced to 75,000 signatures inside four days as those who signed the RenewWOT petition lent their support and has been growing steadily ever since.

As the figure closes in on 200,000 we ask those fans who haven’t yet lent their name to spare two minutes to sign the petition.
