The Wheel of Time provides me with a framework for the trying times we find ourselves in. Why is there so much evil in humanity? How do you resist as the world collapses? What does it take to be a hero? What beauty there could be when everyone’s identity (race, gender, sexual orientation, disability) is accepted as normal.

It is with profound love I want to thank the cast & crew for bringing WoT to life, for giving us shade and water and so many examples of bravery in the face of the seemingly impossible.

Sharon Gilham, you have brought such beauty into this world. A feast for the eyes that nourishes the soul.

Daniel Henney’s Lan is perfect. He reminds me I have the strength to meet my fate “on my feet” even though I’m bedridden with severe illness & no treatment options.

Madeleine/ Egwene, thank you for showing us how to be unbreakable, even in the most unbearable circumstances.

Priyanka/Alanna- you are irresistible. Beautiful and powerful. What magic to behold when you’re on the screen.

Meera/Verin- You’re everything I want to be when I’m older.

Donal/Matt- you showed me you don’t need to feel like you are a hero to be one. We will all need this in the days to come.

Ceara/Elayne- you’re perfect

Ayoola/Aviendha- I wish every girl could see they can grow up to be as fierce as you.

Zoe- healing can be a m-f-ing super power.

Josha- you are Rand through and through.

Rosamund -thank you for leading the charge of these beloved stories
