When I first started reading the series, I was in a bad place. Things weren’t as good as they could have been for me. I slipped into a depression, and Robert Jordan’s Wheel of Time series helped keep me going in the darkest times. The light was there, and that was reading his series.

I waited for each book to come out. And then, when I heard of the passing of Robert Jordan, my heart hurt for his family.

And then Brandon Sanderson started ghost-riding the book to finish the series. I think they did a great job and I’m so grateful for the book.

And now, many, many years later, they created a TV series. It was the biggest mistake they could have ever made, canceling this series, because they don’t know what this show means to the fans, and those who desperately need an escape from reality and the joy that this series brings to people. If the fans can’t be heard, what will happen next…
